This is the view from the shopping center 'Steffl' in the Kärntner Str. 19. On top you will find a restaurant with balcony. The Kärnter Str. is good for shopping but a little bit expensive. Also nice shops and probably cheaper are in the ){kind=small}

One tip at the end: With the tramway around the inner circle you can get a good impession of the first district and the impressive buildings along the inner circle.
